Mutural fund could buy on anyday they want.
I think it's because there are so many bullish Monday due to mutural fund buying, people start to call it "Mutural Fund Monday".

介根mutual fund manager无关，你公司发给你的工资，自动打入你的401K，你那里setup好的，自动买入，Mutual Fund Manager接到后，必须当天执行。每周一都是上周五发工资的时候，当然是有的是钱啦。基金经理才不管啥时候进入是最好时机呢，白赚你的管理费。
