为啥说，反弹力度不够了，因为so far还是在阻力以下，没有clear break out。那明天早上会不会跳空高开，直接跳过阻力呢？首先，那将是第11个空，who cares第11个空？真是介样吗？其次，明天再怎么高开，都还是在阻力以下啊，上面密密麻麻都是阻力。所以中期维持向下，直到有证据为止。短期，是buy，因为已经有两个short-term setup，指向buy了。

现在看短期还要往上，因为明天VIX ENV是buy。另外可能CPC < 0.8（只是可能啊，收盘如何还不知道），要放焰火。中期，俺还是维持向下的判断，直到有证据说向上为止。

Don't trust their upgrade, but any downgrade should damage the stock price for sure (or so it will create some buy dip chance if the stock is good). 而且那些Upgrade 多半都是基于Valuation。 如果公司的基本面有很大的变化，valuation model 要重新评估， 所以，永远不要相信所谓的valuation upgrade，那是引诱散户来买单的。
