实际上是两种情况。

一个是已经投放进去的资金，怎样平衡的问题，
另外一个是，每个月投进去的资金，是当作现金还是买基金的问题。

我个人意见，每月的固定投入，可以买了。
已有的资金，是找入点的问题。

Today's close is not as strong as Wednesday and Thursday.  Monday could be a gap down and go.  Financial has not booked a new high so Monday financial may lead the down force.

IMHO, such statistics is not necessarily useless. because it's watched by a lot of traders, it normally works. and if it didn't, it usually mean something is changed.
