ChiOsc太高回调4小时的规律看起来失效了，现在在重要阻力下盘整，向上应该还有一冲。Market so far很强。2点钟有Fed Minutes，可能是mover。

it would be even better if Fed comes out to say: economy is great and we will keep rate low for extended period forever.

be patient! let's wait and see... after 2pm, if the market drops then we need to take cautions, if trading in a range, then the bull is not dead yet.
