This is a trader's market.

As we expected, we saw a big rally today. The question is NOW WHAT? Well, after today's big move, we should see some consolidation tomorrow, and then a follow through rally on next Tuesday. I will keep my long position as long as the short-term uptrend channel holds, but I will start to sell my TZA puts as S&P approaches to channel resistance line. Money flows chart shows no much conviction for today's rally. Volume is also low. So far I think this rally is just a oversold bounce. This big trend is still down, my trading strategy remains the same - sell the rally.   By the way,  buy & hold doesn't work in this market environment, come back when vix drops below 20.
