USD up a lot after Fed raises interest rate

USDJPY is 92....GBP is 1.55......EUR 1.35....

If usd carry trades are unwind, what happen next....

What HK, China, Japan and Europe will do after this..

My estimate:

HK raises rate tomorrow;
China raises rate this weekend;
Japan does nothing?
Europe does nothing?
UK - I do not know.....
All developing world raise rate....

FED raised the discount rate only, not "interest rate".
