Short DIA vs Long DOG

Assuming you have margin account, what's the pros & cons?  How to decide base on margin rate and expense ratio.  Thanks.

大盘跌的时候Long DOG好。大盘涨的时候亏得多。

那就是说作指数时应该long正反指数，不用short了。 DOG expense ratio 0.95%，是否可以看成是short at margin rate 0.95%, as compare to TDAmeritrade margin rate 7.75%?
