How low can mortgage rate can be? some said in Hongkong is under 4% for 30 year long term? ANybody can verify?
I remember someone said Japan's 30 year be little over 4%?

This could be double bottom? if it turns up from here? Because the 50 sma and 20-sma are down trend, so more likely to be down instead of up?

Thank you for the chart. What's the HL 30.77, looks like Jun bottom, Is it a indicator?

Also, will this time be similiar to June, when rate drops down former bottom and kept on dropping for several monthes?  Now it breaks the double bottom and heading to another round of lower rate? What's the reason behind all these rate drop? Big money kept buying the bonds? Who is buying? Rates just been down to un-believable level and kept dropping down

图中的线，应该不是什么indicator。至于TNX的表现，自然是资金追逐的结果，但那是指向通缩，但现在谈通缩似乎有点不合时宜。
