啥时候bullish Monday结束呢，就是等大众都意识到股市是大熊市的时候，那时候你等就会改了setup，比如一发工资，就100%买money market，那时候就没钱了，所以一旦到大家都共识的熊市的时候，周一反而成了最bearish的 ...

Shouldn't group 3 (i.e. semi-monthly) be the majority who investing in 401k? If so, why bullish Monday instead of bullish 15th and 30th?
