看着不错，每月10个free trade(25K),4.5$ per trade after that.

1有人说schdule D生成需要交钱
2系统经常不稳定
3没有盘后交易？？？

I can confirm 2 and 3. I don't know 1 yet.
2 is a problem but other brokers have the same problem too (like Bank of America).

No Pre-Market trading either.

"系统不稳定" mostly happens after market close. DT and ST are totally fine.

good things about zecco

1) No extra charge on penny stocks, sogotrade/scottrade: 0.5% of the trade amount, in addition to the normal transaction fee.
2) show you actual transaction, not just average price, more honest compare to others, such as sogotrade.
3) You can modify your partial-complete limit-order without an extra charge in the same day. sogotrade does not allow you modify, you must cancel and reenter a new order.

The system had difficulties to access twice in a year to  me. I guess that can happen in any broker's sytem, since same things definitely happened in Fidelity
