If they bought in July and held till today, then the daily movement will not bother them I'm often wrong, though. Maybe we can start a poll and ask about the average cost. For example

1) bull: bought at spx=666   
2) bull: bought at spx=875
3) bull: bought at spx=980
4) bull: bought at spx=102x
4) bull: bought at spx=1085
5) bear (glad you are still alive)

This is a good idea. Starting a poll requires no privilege, so you can start and I'll support by voting.

I think it's better to ask both bull and bear the "average cost of their current position, in terms of $SPX points".

我觉得那是一种误解。MM稳步减仓加仓是牛市调整和蓄势时的必要举动，否则上冲关键点位的时候谁主攻呢？你以为这一路牛上来都是散户功劳？醒醒吧。（错了：熊熊回洞继续冬眠吧，1200再叫你们）
