Pensacola housing market

Pensacola is located at the NW corner of Florida, famous for its white-sand beaches. People may be more familiar with the housing market in south FL, including the keys. But even at Pensacola, things are not much different. Home inventory is almost 20 months at current selling rate. The economy is anemic there, I really don't know how it can work off such high inventory.

The city of Pensacola is in Escambia County, Santa Rosa is just east of Escambia.
