为啥今天nyse成交量很大

今年第二高点，仅次于3月的fomc，当然nasdaq交易量也很大，是今年最高点

老蛇能解释一下么

Today the Russell indexes has been rebalanced. This can create a huge spike in volume. Index funds that mirror the indexes sell the stocks that fall out and buy those that are added.
