I put my eyes on housing market few years ago before the buble burst.
I choose same model in same community to compare the house price change in defferent area.

I didn't see price stopping dec ...

I did not see that.

I see the house near mine was sold the cheapest since 2003, but they sold really quickly.

我已经告诉你了，我看的是同一个社区，同一个户型的房子的价格变化。比Zillow的那个要准确得多。
我也看不同的City的房子，不单单贵的富人区。

举例来说，上个月卖了一个小房子，这个月卖了一个大房子，房价涨了吗？
影响房价的因素很多，每年还有季节的因素。

Before 2005, the house price was always going up, at least from 1995-2005 in bay area it was the case. Even in 2001-2003 the price was not down, just flat or up a little,

So it is impossible for foreclosure to happen, people can just sell it for a profit.
