Thinkorswim will be merged with TD Ameritrade.

The shareholder vote is scheduled for June 9th.  If shareholders approve the merger it could go through a few days later.

Commissions for any account you already have open and FUNDED will be grandfathered in at your current commission rate.  New accounts opened after will not be grandfathered in.

Are you using Ameritrade? Thinkorswim has iSwim with iPhone or iTouch, and it is developing one with Blackberry pretty soon.

TOS won't change much after merger, but I think Ameritrade will, only to get better. The reason of merger is that TOS has good software, solid market, and some education services, methinks.

I have TD Ameritrade account. I had this account when it was Datek.
iStockManager is good for ST. also it's my backup system.
