GM to give 39% for UAW's $10B(half of the $20B GM owns to UAW).
and they want to give 10% for bondholder's 27B?
current shareholder get 1%,(so based on today's close, GM will worth 117B.)

so 10B get 39% of the new GM?
and 27B just get 10% of the new GM?

are GM bondholder so st*p*d?
