Bank of America may now need Usd 34 bln more in capital. The amount is substantially larger than the Usd 10bln touted earlier on in the press, and set to keep market sentiment decidely stressed ahead of today's stress test release by US authorities.
The precondition of this valid assumption is that we are still in bear market, and this should not be bottom rebound, that the majority believe at present.Even if we were still in sucker's rally, I doubt a little bit wether there were any analogy between the current situation and from the last half year as the tolerance is significant improved after one year suffering and the public are more immune to any bad news despite the bad figures.
