More than 30% gain, why did you lose money

HTs, (most of you?), why did you lose money, when market gains more than 30%?
We, Chinese, have too much conspiracy thoughts.  Yes, market is manipulated, why do not we just think how to follow the manipulated trend? Why do we think ourselves are rightous?  Everyone is trying to make money.  Nothing else.

Yes, people think too much.

When SPY down to 760 on Feb, I said to myself there was no way SPY could stays below its 10 year low forever, when it is 6xx, I did not believe SPY could stay below 12 years low forever. It just does not make any sense at least for the last 12 years people's salaries are almost doubled.

but SPY up 34% in 2 months,  chasing at this level? I'd rather stop trading.
