Nasdaq is in fact investigating and the SEC will be part of it, if not already.
Said trades could be unwould if fault is found somehow, but didn't get specifics on what fault, who or how.

我看是因为显著性=0.03，对于有500个病人的临床试验，是比较marginal. 就像那位专家说的; Normally a 38% difference, in 500 patients, would have resulted in a much greater level of statistical significance.  如果药真的很灵验，p value应该是<0.0001.  换句话说，如果FDA要DNDN再做一个trial，DNDN不一定有把握重复这次trial的结果。
