citi的fund manager 要卖16M shares， 结果打字打成 16B shares，当时crash了市场。等发现已经晚了。
现在sec 要调查了

16B shares，平时一天的成交量也不过几个B。问题是一个trader能管这么多资产吗？他手上有这么多货吗？

    总共2.88B的shares，能卖出16B来，现在华尔街的素质也越来越低下了，瞎话都编不圆了。
