Any suggestions about which broker to roll over to? Van guard? fidelity? Etrade? IB?  ?   ?
pros and cons, etc....

Both for 401K roll over?
do they have CD's and bonds?  I am lazy,  want to hold some CD's and bonds  so I do not have to look at them and think what to do

If you don't want individual stocks, you can roll over new company's 401K sponser.

Not a good idea, you lost some freedom to choose.

In addition, since some options/funds may not be available in your new company, then you will be forced to redeem.

I highly recommend FIDELITY.
