Looks like a bad trade - have 10c to go then cut.

But VLO/TSO are away from the low - so not hopeless yet.

4.45 is low, so 6c to go.

There is rumor that WNR needs to sell stocks to pay debt. Dunno true or not - the insiders hold 42% shares, so they don't like the idea of diluting. At $4.5 a pop, the downside does appear limited.
