Both from CNBC.  Market was in critical position on Wed morning, and GS's degrade on GDP made many stocks and DJ transportation index breaking down mid-term uptrend support levels.  Mid-term trend was turned downward on Wed by GS's downgrade.

I think GS made a wrong bet on Wednesday and got trapped yesterday, so it presented wicky comment again yesterday and triggered the selling off today, in order to escape its wrong bet. Now it will buy back. If it continues to make the stock market crush, Obama and FED will let it fail next time like Lehman.

GS has beaten down and eliminated almost all major competitors and is virtually the monopoly power in investment area.  Market direction is virtually determined by GS, how can it be trapped?   As for real GDP, I feel GS's number may be closer to the truth than Government's number.

It looks Obama not work the market too hot from his recent words (he and White house said need more time to recovery, which is not like his words "BUY" in March...

以前，投行言行不一是违法的。后来他们狡辩说言行不一是为了给客户提供流通，
不是为了自己赚钱。居然被法律接受了。不论他们说什么，都是股市操纵的一部分。
