If AAPL can not break its all time high

If AAPL can  not break its all time high $202.96 during normal trading hours tomorrow, NDX may open high and close low, form a dark crew pattern.  Note,  SPX, DJI and RUT, they are all bounded below today's high in after hour trading when NDX shoot up 20 points.  

Unless SPX/DJI/RUT can break today's high tomorrow morning, they  may all end in negative and form a reversal pattern for Wednesday to break down.

AAPL likes to gap up (or down) the next morning after ER. AAPL seems to like to gap up and finish lower after an upside surprise.

I think that even apple goes higher, NDX may still down. Apple is exceptional, but other techs are not in the same situations.
