I need help

Hi all,

My dad has an account in China and want me to take a look. I have loaded the program from the broker. (中信建投网上交易极速版(通达信)）i think it is ver 6.07. But when I first opened it, it has whole bunch of 乱码。I installed 南极星。It corrected some problem but I still see some more. here is the screen print. see the red circle.

I am using Vista and has Chinese input enabled on it. So I can also tog to type in both Chinese and English on my machine.

So How can I fix all the 乱码? any suggestions.

Do not use the program from the broker, use Browser to access. Most of the brokers have web access.

中文软件不是unicode写的。遥想没有乱嘛，只能装中文操作系统。

我父母在这儿时在我的英文版vista上装过一个中信的软件，没乱码，看股市一点问题没有。但那个软件的全称好象和你说不太一样。我也搞不太清楚。
