做多有很多方法，Long股票/ETF，Short Bear ETF，买Call，卖裸Put，etc。

做空也有很多方法，Long Bear ETF，Short 股票/ETF，买Put，卖裸Call。其中Short和卖裸Call需要止损。

有了多/短仓位，在这种区间盘面，还可以卖些Covered Call赚点零花钱。

你如果只是做股票的角度，当然不明白为什么可以同时做多做空。还有钱赚。

说个极端的例子，如果赚钱的仓位能够赚超过100%的盈利，那么亏钱的仓位亏光了只是100%。总体还是赚钱的。
