05/08/2009 大盘回顾 （Bear Market Extremes but Mean Nothing in Bull Market）

Today’s Summary	Expect a pullback as early as Monday. Some warning charts. Some sentiment charts, mean nothing however if it's the start of a bull market.

 

1.0.2 S&P 500 SPDRs (SPY 60 min) ，有7个unfilled gap了，虽然俺并不认可gap must be filled，不过7个也太多了点，因此没有pullback的话，俺是不会追高了。

 

Short-term，周一可能pullback。Intermediate-term，借着周末，给大家多看几个图，如果现在还是bear market rally的话，那也许可能大概快到了turning point了，但是如果现在是the start of a bull market的话，也许可能大概这些图啥也不说明。那，是不是bull market呢？Personally，俺是不信的。不过咱TAer，不讨论那么高深的经济问题，操作上，俺建议大家注意两个图：

 

0.0.3 SPX Intermediate-term Trading Signals，没有一个中期卖信号的情况下，贸然做空是不明智的。

 

Institutional Buying and Selling Trending from www.stocktiming.com，在institution accumulation大于distribution的情况下做空也是不明智的。顺便说，俺每天早晨都会把最新的图贴在这里http://blog.hutong9.com/space.php?uid=1650。

 

 

OK，先看看short-term可能会pullback的理由。

 

Telechart的T2103，Zweig Breadth Thrust，又超买，俺很相信这个指标。

 

Telechart的T2112，% stocks trading 2 standard deviation above their 40-day moving average，又是record high，这是不可持续的。

 

3.1.1 PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund (UUP 30 min)，下面的ChiOsc way too low，因此可能米金要反弹，这会导致commodity相关板块pullback，所以对大盘不利。5.2.0 Energy Select Sector SPDR (XLE Daily)，顺便看看Energy板块，遇阻，此外Ascending Triangle的target也差不多了，考虑到米金可能的反弹，因此pullback的可能比较大。以Energy为主的加拿大，俺就不另外说了，应该也有pullback的可能。7.4.4 TSE McClellan Oscillator，有兴趣可以看看，McClellan Oscillator overbought plus negative divergence，也是支持TSX pullback。

 

 

下面一些图提醒大家注意，属于warning。

 

1.1.0 Nasdaq Composite (Daily)，这个留意，MA200受阻，此外SOX开始underperform了。1.1.1 Nasdaq Composite (Weekly)，weekly chart看着也不是很好。Nasdaq是这一轮上涨的领头羊，现在开始变弱，要引起注意。

 

1.2.0 INDU Leads Market，SPX离Jan High不远了，但INDU还far far away，注意前面几次形成类似的divergence后，market都发生了啥？

 

3.0.0 10Y T-Bill Yield，几天前出了top信号后，周五又整了个Reversal Day，这是在关键阻力位的reversal，意义非凡，要注意了。

 

5.0.2 S&P Sector Bullish Percent Index，好多Sector overbought，甚至是n年新高了。

 

 

Now，一些有意思的图，都是2007熊市以来的新extreme，calling top曾经很准，但是如果是大牛市的话，longer history看，可能都不说明啥问题，因此看看玩玩吧。

 

Smart Money/Dumb Money Confidence，单就2008以来看，very impressive。

 

不过这里还有幅longer history的图哈。

 

InsiderScore.com Buy/Sell ratio，这一轮rally，insider一直在sell。当然，longer histroy并不说明啥。

 

俺看到有分析说sideline的mutual fund money会不顾一切的入场，所以认为不会有任何meaningful pullback了。这里有一幅Equity Mutual Fund Flow的chart，已经是熊市新高了，当然again对大牛市就啥也不是了。

 

AAII Bull Ratio，这是散户看牛的比例。
