CoolMax has a good post with pictures to show it step by step. I could not find it now.

So here is the basic: 1) Copy your pictures as .png file.  (Other format graph files are also Ok., but that will cost more server space)
                                 2) When you start a new post, use the "添加附件 to select your saved picture
