Jan data was very bad ( Lowest since 1963). It got revised today. Data can easily be manipulated by. Who can believe it ?
Jan data was not that bad. It is 322,000 which is revised today.
Today's data could be revised later. Not as good as 337,000.
But MM is pushed higher by this data.
The Commerce Department said sales rose 4.7 percent to a 337,000 annual pace, the fastest increase since April last year, from an upwardly revised 322,000 in January.
The median sales price in February fell a record 18.1 percent to $200,900 from a year earlier, the department said.
This is important. New house price is dropping.
When housing price dropping ( new or exiting home price) banks' balance sheet will not show good results.
