Hi Cobra,

regarding the position sizing, so the example is if i have 20K, and 3% loss max, then it is $600 loss, if i buy TZA, the 1.9x ATR (10) is about 5,  does that mean i can only buy 600/5 = 120 shares? if the price is 30/share, so only $3600,  but total 20K is not used up. Thank you for your time.

And yes, the most part of your capital is not used. This actually is a major problem. How to solve it? Well, very complicated to say.
