    if the stock is trading at 4.1 now,  and you sold call (of strike price 4). if you sold call @ 0.32,  then the premium  is 4+0.32-4.1 = 0.22
also do not forget to deduct the commission you paid
And in case they take the stocks away,  some brokers also charge you transaction fee,  you need to calculate that ,too

you sold 20c @$0.20 , you get $400 - commission = $367.99.
if the call end up worthless, you will keep $367.99

last prize is current mkt price, 0.17, Mkt Valu = 20*0.17*100=340.00, if you want to close it now, you will pay 340 + commision

total change is the Mkt value change to yesterday's close, not to your initial value.

My guess is that the premium shows up in your cash balance (increased by the amount of the premium less commission), but your have a negative value for your "short option" positions, which is based on the current ask price of the position. Your total account value reflects both.
